Hello my name is Anita and I welcome you to Animals At Home (South Bristol) Ltd.

Since a young age I have always loved animals and grew up in the family home with dogs, hamsters, and Cuddles my pet rabbit. When I left school I completed a National Kennel staff Training Certificate and continued for several years working in a Dog Grooming Parlour.

I had a complete change of direction and for years to follow I have been employed as a Prison Custody Officer which is a very mentally and physically challenging career. I always knew that my passion for animals would never leave me so I decided I needed to swap looking after prisoner welfare for pet welfare and focus on my dream.

I share my home with two rescue cats Billy and Ted ( Ted is with me in my photo he is my real life Garfield) also my Degu's Dolly and Dora. All of my pets are my babies and provide me with a great deal of pleasure.

I can assure you that your pet welfare is paramount to me and I will provide you and your pet with a high quality service.

I have completed a Pet Nutrition Course and a training course in a Veterinary Practice which included animal handling, animal first-aid and general pet care. I am fully CRB checked and fully insured. So for a professional service you deserve, please don't hesitate to call me
